Today was quite a busy day. We celebrated our time with Mrs. Lake by playing games, singing songs, and eating fruit and vegetables! We are very sad to see her go, but wish her luck in her new career!!!
In math, we worked on money, learning how to differentiate coins and bills and why they are called what they are as well as how to count it. We used play money that sure looked real!
And please don't forget our math facts. We need to complete the top part of the sheet and write the fact family 10 times each.
We also updated Spelling City for this week. Please note, while we were on Unit 5 last week, this week we moved right to Unit 7 (unit 6 is a review). We will again be studying the continents, so please practice with your child!
