Homework: We have math homework tonight. Spiral review worksheet pg. 17 and 18 (two-sided) were handed out to the children at the end of the day. Please have your child complete for class tomorrow. Have your child read to you or a sibling or a friend for 10 minutes.
We had a great Monday. It was the first one without testing and it felt a bit strange, but we got right back into the swing of things rather quickly. It was quite productive.
Book Fair:
The school book fair starts tomorrow. A packet was sent home last Friday regarding the fair as well as all of the exciting events that will be taking place this week. The coin challenge for the book fair begins tomorrow. Children may bring in pennies to be donated to Toys for Tots and or K.I.D.S (Kids In Distressed Situations). On Wednesday nickles will be collected with dimes and quarters rounding out the week. The class with the most money collected will win a jeans day. Please take a moment to review your child's packet.
