Good Evening.

Your student has been given a two-sided permission sheet for our field trip to Hart, Michigan, and a dairy farm. Both sides of the sheet must be signed by a parent and an emergency number given. Please tell us if there are any allergies to anything, and of any health or other concerns. The third grade can have up to five adults to go with us. Please let me know if you would like to come. Save the date for Tuesday, April 26!

The business day is set for May 18, 2011. Information and permission slips will be sent home to you soon.
