1. Book Box Project - Please take detailed notes on your book
2. Mini-Economy applications are now being accepted. If your child has not handed in his/her application as well as two letters of reference, please have them do so. Interviews are being set up for next week.
3. Please study your math facts. Don't forget there will be a math unit test tomorrow.
4. Please review Spelling City. There will be a spelling test tomorrow.
Miscellaneous
As mentioned, interviews are being set up for Mini-Economy next week. Your child will bring home a reminder sheet as to when their interview with Mrs. Strong will be taking place. Each interview will take approximately 10 minutes. We have recommended the children dress in "business attire" (which they may change into if they so desire). We are also working with them on interviewing etiquette such as proper hand shakes, eye contact, appropriate questions to ask, etc. They are allowed to bring in a pad of paper with questions they wish to ask Mrs. Strong regarding their desired position. If you have questions, please let us know.
Please, don't forget, the teachers will be having a professional development day on Monday, the 18th of January (this coming Monday). School will not be in session. Have a great extended weekend.
