1. Spelling - If you have not completed your weather report, please do so and be prepared to hand it in tomorrow morning (if you forgot your spelling book at home, please complete pages 86 and 87 and the weather report on a separate piece of lined paper).
2. The Book Box Project continues. Children need to be taking detailed notes on their characters, setting, events, problems, resolution, etc. Projects are due the week of January 25th.
3. Practice math facts. There will also be a math test on Friday.
4. Study spelling words. There will be a test on Friday.
5. For fluency, we ask that the students read aloud to someone in their home for 5-10 minutes.
Miscellaneous
- The teachers will have a professional development day on Monday, the 18th of January (this coming Monday). School will not be in session.
- Upcoming Casual Days: January 15th; 20th (pajama day); 22nd (pajama day); and 29th.
