1. Review Spelling City. There will be a test tomorrow.
2. Multiplication Review, set J. Do not write on this sheet; rather study from it. There will be a test tomorrow.
3. Complete the math sheet (both sides) 5-3 and 5-4.
4. President report sheet. Please fill in the areas of the sheet that states what you know and what you do not know about your President. Please keep it in your blue alert. We will start writing the report on Monday and the report will be due Wednesday of next week. Continue to work on your notes. Many parents have asked what the report will entail. Here is a rough outline: 1. Does the first sentence give the topic of my report? 2. Does each paragraph have a topic sentence? 3. Do other sentences give supporting details? and 4. Does the last sentence sum up my entire report? Students are asked to bring in props and may even dress like their assigned President.
Miscellaneous
A note went home with your students today regarding a book that is being written by a former parishioner. He is writing a book and has requested our children help illustrate it. If you are interested in possibly having your child's illustration in this book, please read and complete the release and return to school. If you have questions regarding the release, please call the school office.
Tomorrow is the last Friday of the month which means casual day. Enjoy!
