1. Spelling City is up to date. We are studying units 27 and 28; Double Consonants. There may be a test on Friday.
2. Me and My Shadow worksheet. Please take a few measurements of your shadow and record them on your sheet. It is recommended that you measure your shadow at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00 PM. You may want to measure later as well, but please obtain your parent's permission for all measuring times!
Important Notes!
Our Third Grade Business Day is next week Wednesday, May 19. A green business planning/permission slip sheet went home last week in your child's blue alert. Please review the planning portion of the sheet with your student. When complete, sign the permission slip and return to school this week. If there is the need for electricity for your child's business, we require a parent / adult (e.g., grandparent) to be present for safety reasons.
Please work with your child on counting money. He or she will need to make change during the actual Business Day. If you have questions, please let us know.
